Ever get that uneasy churning deep in the pit of your stomach caused by love?
Those that have encountered such heartache, easily recognizable by a numbing sensation caused by a flood of emotions, realize the euphoric high of love has slipped right out from their grasp.
This catatonic state that comes over like a tidal wave, can be one of the most catastrophic disasters to consume the human condition. This state of a broken heart paralyzes the mind and body.??

Feeling helpless can also be an enriching experience, it shows that you truly did care for that person. Heartbreak and anguish is a true testament for the love that you felt and although you may not be able to give it to that person, you now know what you are capable of giving to another.

It feels great to love and be loved; no one likes it when it is just a one way street.
Sometimes however, by the time you realize that what you are feeling is love, the other person may have already moved on; which can be a pain staking experience.
No one knows when love will hit them, and some people require more time and countless do-overs before they realize that what they are feeling is love; even though their counterpart may have already known all along.
When loves got you down, it is not an easy thing to get past. But realizing what led to the meltdown and bottling up those emotions will only strengthen your ability to steer clear from such an occurrence from arising again.
